This pedal comes standard with SPD on one side and a rugged toe cage on the reverse side. The toe cage has an adjustable strap to secure riders who wear traditional sneakers.
These pedals are included, standard, on STAGES and SCHWINN bikes.
They can easily be installed on a Peloton or any indoor spin bike that accepts 9/16 threaded pedals, using just a size 15 metric wrench. INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED.
