Return/Exchange Policy

TRUNK SHOW PURCHASES: any items ordered or purchased at a Trunk Show or Virtual Trunk Show are final sale. 

For footwear purchases made on zetasportif.com or TIEMtrunkshows.com, we will accept returns/exchanges that have been sent back within 14 days of delivery. See below for guidelines.

WEB RETURNS: To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note - If you have installed an SPD cleat into your shoes, your return may be denied (even if the cleat has been subsequently removed). A $20 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

FREE EXCHANGES - If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, be sure to notify us via email to zitoandzeta@gmail.com. You may reply to your order confirmation email and include this information.

ZETA SPORTIF is not responsible for lost packages. We suggest purchasing tracking or insurance.

There are no returns/exchanges on apparel, accessories, bikes, or pedals.

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund less the $20 restocking fee will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund within the established time frame, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
