SprintShift Enables instantaneous macro-level resistance changes without incessantly turning a dial. Unique three-stage lever and custom workload settings allow indoor cyclists instant control. Perfect for HIIT and interval based workouts, the cyclist can add or drop resistance quickly and easily, without sacrificing custom micro-adjustments.
The CarbonGlyde belt is the most efficient indoor cycling drive train, and also delivers the most natural road feel. Our indoor cycles feature the Gates® Carbon Drive™ carbon fiber belt, which provides the most realistic outdoor road feel with none of the traditional chain drive maintenance, saving you thousands on every bike.
The power meter is mounted to the left crankshaft for the most direct and accurate measurement. The pedals are equipped with both SPD clips and toe cages for riders in sneakers.
Our state-of-the-art console doesn’t just display a rider’s power output. It uses it. Running on power generated by the rider, our unique Stages EcoSCRN display gives cyclists the incentive they need to keep pedaling – more data. The always-on backlight makes it easy to track numbers under any lighting conditions and vision-distorting efforts.
THE STAGES POWER METER, located in the SC3’s left crankshaft, offers the gold standard in direct power measurement and provides riders with accuracy and consistency to fuel results.
